LEADERSHIP COHORT

Investing in leaders, investing in real change.

We are inviting you to join our first ever CYAK Leadership Cohort! You don't have to work in a leadership position to be a leader. Leaders play an essential role in developing vibrant and healthy communities. In registering, you are signing up to join this 6 week long program alongside 15-30 other young adults who have been identified as potential leaders in their community. The program will guide you through personal development as it relates to calling and your identity in Christ. The format will include presentations, small group discussions, and mentoring, followed by a practical application.

When: January 18- February 28. The cohort will meet Mondays nights from 7:00-8:45pm. 
Where: On Zoom
Why: We want to invest in you as a leader!
Cost: $200 - but CYAK will cover that cost through a scholarship for this first leadership cohort.  
What: Each participant will have a mentor that will lead their small group to process the content of our larger group zoom meeting each week. Your mentor will be your direct guide and link to the material that is being processed each week.
