Local churches, volunteers, donors, prayer supporters, and full time ministry workers all serve together to make this ministry possible.

We are a like a dog team. The work of Christ, our collective ministry, is the sled. No one is strong enough to pull alone, so we must work together to fly over the snow. We have to be united, for our every move affects one another. Sometimes the conditions in which we run are very cold. But our Musher is Good, and he knows our strengths and weakness even better than we do. He has equipped us to run hard in the cold weather and he will guide us home to safety. When we heed the voice that guides us, we fly over the tundra as one.
