Team Building:
Team building is an important key for the development of youth ministry. CYAK recruits, trains, resources, networks, and synergizes youth workers and volunteers. Then we help with strategic planning.
- Recruit: We recruit local volunteers to work with the kids in the village. We also recruit youth workers from outside the village.
- Train/Resource: Volunteers who are well equipped make a significant difference in the lives of kids. Feeling unequipped is a major cause for burnout.
- Network: To avoid feeling isolated and discouraged we create a sense of connection for youth workers and volunteers by networking at Bible Camp, regional youth events, and times of training.
- Synergize: Connecting youth workers creates synergy. Synergy is working together so we can accomplish ministry that we couldn't do on our own.
- Strategic Planning: CYAK helps youth workers and churches strategically plan for effectively reaching youth.
